Oxbow offers two different site types in a variety of Settings that are designed to serve different segments of the camping public. They are full hookup and electric only. For both site types, great care has been taken to allow as much space and privacy as practical.

Full hookup sites offer 30 amp electric service ( 50 amp is also available), water and approved sewer connections at a single convenient location at the campsite. The sites themselves generally feature a gravel pad at least 20 feet wide by 60 feet long. These sites also have optional connections for cable TV and telephone. The sites range from deeply wooded for forest lovers to relatively open for the sun worshipers among us, but all feature some natural screening between the sites. These sites are built to accommodate self-contained travel trailers, fifth wheels and motor homes.

Electric only sites offer 20 amp electric service with water available within convenient carrying distance. The sites are either deeply or partially wooded, some with gravel pads and some with grass. They are well suited for vans, popups and tents.

The sand bottom, brook/spring fed swimming pond has always been a focal point for the campground. The reason for the focal point is the 3 acre boating pond, which sits along side the swimming pond. With a walkway between both ponds. What makes the area appealing is families with several ages of children can keep an eye on activities at both attractions at once. Parents can sit under the beautiful shade trees while the children go swimming or to the play area. The pavilion also sits within eye sight of the play area and ponds. For your convenience a pedal boat and canoes are available for rental or bring your own. Everyone must wear life preservers while boating on our pond.

Overlooking both the pond and play area is the pavilion, which provides mid day shelter and is the location of several campground activities. Barbecues, pot luck suppers, bonfires, marshmallow roasts and fireworks displays all take place at the pavilion-pond area. The pavilion also gets use as an entertainment center for sing alongs, craft activities, music and dance.

Several playing fields, for soccer, frisbee, badminton, volleyball, etc.

WELCOME HALL is our store ~ office ~ recreation building where other indoor recreation occurs. Food events such as breakfasts, brunches, and spring or fall suppers are held downstairs. The main recreation room is well equipped with more adult types of equipment and is intended for lower key activities. The store stocks snack/convenience food items, gifts, clothing and camping supplies. Available in the office are a variety of sports equipment for free or rental use.
